AI Voice Assistant (test below)

The DEMO Voice AI will first ask you about your organization couple basic questions and then switch to a mode as it is your AI assistant and you are the donor interested in supporting it. Have a conversation like with a live person and let the AI assist you.

This is a GENERIC assistant. The one we implement for you will have all the details about your organization and current campaigns so it can handle specific inquiries pertaining to your organization assisting in presenting the campaigns and helping with collecting the donations around the clock – 24×7.

The AI assistant can setup an appointment, send a donation link via email/sms or collect CC or check info during the call. Transcript of the call will be available for review for the purpose of improving the AI assistant over time…

The Voice AI assistant can handle up to 20 concurrent calls so you do not worry about your phone line being busy when donors call. The current call limit is set to 5 minutes just as a DEMO (but it can be set to any desired length).
